Payments for plans are handled by Polar Software Inc. as merchant of record. Polar accounts for the sales tax due on sales to end customers in its own name and issues the invoice to the customer. The small business status above concerns only the provider's own revenue.

Consumer dispute resolution
We are not willing or obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
